These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bq77 governing your use of the bq77 platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

bq77 is strictly available to adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts of under-age users are immediately suspended.
Payment Rules
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are zero-fee. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. KYC verification is required before first withdrawal.
Bonus Terms

Account Security

Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes any amendment or re-enactment thereof.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the bq77 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and bq77. If you are acting on behalf of a third party or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these terms, and that such party satisfies all eligibility requirements set out herein.
These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding — whether written or oral — between you and bq77 relating to the subject matter hereof. No oral modification of these terms shall be effective.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active bq77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are a natural person of full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of bq77 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with bq77 or any other gambling operator that remains in effect.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
bq77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identification card, passport, birth certificate, or driver's licence issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to bq77's satisfaction may be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld.
Where bq77 discovers or reasonably suspects that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all funds will be frozen, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. bq77 will not return any deposits made by an under-age player without first completing an appropriate investigation.
Account Registration & Security
Each Player may register and maintain one single bq77 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:
- Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
- A valid, unique email address that you own and control.
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.
- Your date of birth.
- A secure password of your choosing, meeting the minimum complexity requirements displayed during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bq77 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. You must notify bq77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
bq77 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting certified copies of identification documents, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Accounts that fail to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions on the bq77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bq77 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported:
- bKash — personal bKash wallet transfers
- Nagad — personal Nagad wallet transfers
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Rocket mobile banking
- Upay — United Commercial Bank Upay wallet
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet in real time upon confirmation of the mobile banking transaction. bq77 does not charge any fee on deposits. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their mobile banking provider, though such fees are typically zero for standard wallet-to-wallet transfers.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same mobile banking account used to make the most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. bq77 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–30 minutes; however, in cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 24 hours. bq77 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Anti-Money Laundering: bq77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All deposits must originate from a payment source in the Player's own name. Third-party payments — deposits made on a Player's behalf by another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and the return of funds to the originating source. bq77 may report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the bq77 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific, game-specific, or provider-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market:
- All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after the confirmation screen has been displayed to the Player, except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions or in the relevant sport-specific rules.
- bq77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were displayed in error, including markets with incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical pricing errors. Players will be notified of any void and the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the result as determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport or competition — including the BPL, IPL, ICC, and FIFA — shall be final. For casino games, the result determined by the certified random number generator of the relevant game provider shall be final.
- bq77 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game, betting market, or provider. Games and markets may be suspended, withdrawn, or replaced at any time without prior notice.
- Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by market, game, Player account status, and promotional period.
- Where a live in-play betting market is suspended during an event — for example during a wicket, injury stoppage, or technical disruption — any bets placed immediately prior to the suspension may be voided at bq77's discretion if the suspension is determined to have been foreseeable to the Player.
For fishing games, arcade-style titles, and other non-traditional gaming formats available on bq77 — including 3 Gods Fishing and Nine — specific rules governing gameplay, win conditions, and payout calculations are displayed within each game interface. Players are advised to review these rules before wagering.
Bonuses & Promotions
bq77 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and special offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Player's account.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for each game category will be published in the relevant promotion terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lesser percentage, and certain games may be excluded entirely.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.

Bonuses are intended for recreational play and entertainment purposes only. bq77 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility or apply enhanced wagering requirements to Players whose betting patterns suggest systematic bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.
Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
- Session Time Limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. Upon reaching the set limit, the session will be automatically terminated.
- Reality Checks: Players may configure regular on-screen notifications reminding them of elapsed session time and net wagering activity during the session.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to wager or deposit.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is causing them personal, financial, or psychological harm may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinitely are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and the Player is removed from all marketing communications.

Prohibited Conduct

- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with bq77.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or using more than one bq77 account, whether in the same name or under different identities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event, including chip-dumping in poker or live casino table games.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to a human player using the standard interface.
- Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including matched betting designed solely to extract bonus value, arbitrage betting across accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns solely to meet wagering requirements.
- Money Laundering: Using the bq77 Platform to launder funds derived from unlawful activities, or making deposits with no genuine intention to wager.
- Third-Party Deposits: Depositing funds from a payment source that does not belong to the registered account holder.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in bad faith after funds have been genuinely deposited and used for wagering.
- Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the bq77 Platform, its software, or its security infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bq77 and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Player for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the bq77 Platform, even if bq77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform availability, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, cyber-attack, force majeure, or any other cause beyond bq77's reasonable control.
- Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in the display of game odds, sports market data, or live event information, where such inaccuracy is corrected within a reasonable time and affected bets are voided with stakes returned.
- Any loss suffered by a Player as a result of unauthorised access to the Player's account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit bq77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
bq77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments & Termination
Amendments: bq77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, where it affects Players' rights regarding withdrawals, bonus terms, or account closure — bq77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or administrative updates — may take effect immediately upon publication without separate notification. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of the bq77 Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedure below.
Account Closure by Player: Players may request the closure of their bq77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC review and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless they have already been converted to withdrawable real-money funds in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
Account Closure by bq77: bq77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in circumstances where a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, where bq77 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority, or where bq77 determines that continued provision of services to the Player poses an unacceptable risk. Where account closure is initiated by bq77 for reasons other than breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player.
Governing Law & Disputes
Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the bq77 Platform or your account, we encourage you to contact the bq77 support team in the first instance via Live Chat or at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. Complex complaints may require additional investigation time, in which case you will be kept informed of progress.
Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the bq77 support team, you may escalate your complaint in writing to [email protected] marked clearly as a formal escalation. bq77 will conduct a senior-level review of all escalated complaints and provide a final written decision within 10 business days of receipt of the escalation.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and general principles of contract law. bq77 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, and Players access the Platform at their own risk and on their own initiative.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and bq77 that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure described above, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before commencing any formal legal proceedings. bq77 values its relationship with every player and is committed to reaching fair and reasonable outcomes in all disputes.
